The type of gorgeous he wants to have shoving crisps down the front of his shirt. The type of goddamn gorgeous he wants to kiss, and coddle, and like, love.
Which is ridiculous- he doesn't know him. Pfft.

"I remember, yeah," Phil answered instead, maybe succeeding at that neutral tone a little bit better. Not leading, not expecting, but equally not rejecting or feeling put out about it.
Dan cleared his throat, his fingers fidgeting.
"What if I hadn't said that? What do you think we might be doing?" Dan asked quietly.
Light rain hit the window of the sliding door. The wind picked up just slightly.
Maybe the universe wanted some sort of resolution too.

Honestly, Dan isn’t sure if it’s really worth it to try and survive.
Until Phil Lester involuntarily steps into Dan’s life and by Phil’s definition, Dan’s more than worth it.
