13 toons survive an accident where Gardenview burnt down (the other toons + Delilah and Arthur died) but unfortunately, all of them lost most of their memories. (Ex. They forgot their names but Scraps and Goob know they're siblings, Astro knows he's friends (or was) with Dandy, etc.)
