“Why are you still here?” Clarke asked in a panic. “I aligned the satellite! It turned green! It dinged! You should have still had at least five minutes left! Was I too late? Oh god, I was too late. I’m so sorry. I didn’t know what to do.”
“You really think we were going to leave without you?” Bellamy asked quietly. Harper gave a small smile behind him.
Clarke sunk to her knees and Harper walked forward, giving her a deep hug.
“To be fair, I was willing to go, but the pilot wouldn’t take me,” Roan added with a smirk. Raven rolled her eyes at him.
“What do we do now?” Clarke whispered.
“That’s what we were just talking about,” Raven said. “You’re not going to like it.”
Clarke looked up, surveying their faces. Everyone sported a frown except for one: Murphy. He was grinning like a cat who had just found a canary.
“The lighthouse bunker?” she asked.
“The lighthouse bunker,” Murphy confirmed.
OR, the one where they stay behind and live out five years of Praimfaya in the Lighthouse Bunker. Think The 100 meets New Girl, but, like, no one can leave…

Summary
Years ago, Clarke had a secret summer fling with her best friend’s older brother while he was home on leave. Only she messed up - not only did Clarke fall in love with Bellamy, she fell pregnant too. But before she can tell him the news, Octavia receives a call that Bellamy has been killed in action.
Now, four and half years later, Clarke’s entire world changes with a few words from Octavia - “Clarke, it’s Bellamy. He’s alive!”

The last time Bellamy saw Clarke, he broke her heart. Even after a four year separation, Bellamy doesn’t regret his decision - he only hopes Clarke will forgive him.
After spending the last four years held captive as a prisoner of war, all Bellamy wants is to go home and see his family and friends again. "Not the mission" she paused. Clarke took a deep breath, summoning all the courage that filtered through her heart. "This" she spoke softly "You and me, whatever this is, I can't do it any longer"

Bellamy and Clarke start to sleep in the same bed after nightmares start fill there minds but Clarke isn't sure she is able to keep her love for him a secret.

“Bellamy, are you sure we’re going the right way?” I asked, wiping the rain from my eyes. I hadn’t been really paying attention as we walked, my thoughts constantly pulling me back into my head, my focus just big enough to remember to step where Bellamy did.
“You’d think after so many months on Earth, trekking through forests and deserts in varying conditions, some would have more trust in my ability not to get lost.”
“You did spend six years on a cozy ring, so just checking,”
“Touché, princess, but some things you just don’t forget.” I bit my lip tasting the metallic taste of blood, wondering if we were still talking about being able to find their way in these woods. Before I could examine his words further, his hand on my upper arm stopped me in my tracks.
“Look.”
Set sometime after 7x08 (so we start with Clarke believing Bellamy is dead, but not for long) or basically a Season 7 AU where Bellamy and Clarke still refuse to admit that they're in love with each other because life is complicated. Minor Becho at the beginning. Slow burn all the way.
