“Unworthy?” Varka rolled his eyes playfully. “I think it is the other way around. Because you are worth every ancient coin in the universe. Every ounce of silver, every ounce of gold.”

A strange curved device of Fontanian make, and its controller to match. An alchemical brew, concocted in the heart of Mondstadt’s finest laboratories, designed to heighten sensitivity.
“I was hoping,” Flins says languidly as he looks into Varka’s slowly widening eyes, “that we could make good use of them tonight.”
Tired of Varka's constant fussing and coddling in bed, Flins finds a new way to spice things up for the night.

Summary
Both men were busy trying to pry off the offending layer of trousers. By the time they were thrown aside, Flins was completely bare against the sheets. Varka had to bite the inside of his cheek to keep from finishing on the spot, completely untouched. The trail of stars and moons ended just before the mound of Flins pussy. Summary
Varka has always been full of terrible ideas.
Flins just didn't expect one of them to involve being dragged behind a cluster of rocks in the middle of a patrol for a stolen kiss.
Unfortunately for him, Varka is persistent, entirely too charming, and very good at convincing Flins to take a break from his duties.
OR
Varka abuses his authority as Grand Master for entirely personal reasons, and Flins pretends to object.
