EDIT: 26/06/2024, took a break from this bc of mental health issues and now I think it can probably end where it is at chapter 4, I'm excited to see where the canon is going and I think this wraps up okay :)
Slow burn romance because I'm hopeless and I love this character, shameless self insert into a world I love. Pronouns for Rethu will likely either be neutral or fluctuate as this character is canonically genderfluid, John's pronouns are he/they. I also feel the need to specify that this is going to be a slow burn romance simply because Rethu is demi and John is panromantic and demisexual, but honestly the first chapter likely won't have anything romantic. Also yes I stole Aziraphale's last name, sue me. 🤷
