Summary
Nick never ended up going to work that day. His gut told him something was wrong, extremely, extremely wrong. He never usually acted on his more frenzied impulses, but Jay Gatsby was enough to set him in motion for something as banal as a feeling. He'll alway be grateful for that.

Summary
Without Rosie's deal assuring him his status in hell, Alastor turns his attention to the one in charge. Eternity was a long time, and he wouldn't risk spending it any lower than what he deemed suitable. He just had to convince the fool of a king to go along with it.

Summary
Lucifer proposes a board game for the night of sharing at the hotel.
a game which I created to make sinners behave better many years ago, the game is simple, dice are thrown and you advance to the indicated square, then you do a good deed.
Yes, in reality, all of this seemed terrible to everyone, and incredibly nerdy, but no one counted on the game itself being strong enough to force others to behave well and that its magic intensified more every time you refused to do the indicated action.
And who suffered the most from this was Alastor, doing good things for Lucifer? ha!
well this is going to get intense
