“Where should you be right now?” No hello, no pleasantries. But that was Yut-Lung for you.
Sing looked up at him and shrugged his shoulders. He didn’t really have another answer. It looked like Yut-Lung was about to say something more, possibly to lecture him about how late it was, or how he shouldn’t walk to his house at almost midnight, or how he could have just called. SIng thought that those were all justified lectures. But he didn’t.
