When Rufus gets dosed with heat inducer and the usual strategies don't work, the Turks reach out to Cloud to see Rufus through his heat.
It's only for a couple days and Cloud's in his right mind this time, it'll be fine - it's just sex. When Rufus' heat is done they'll go their separate ways again, no big deal.
