I'm just checking up on a friend- yep just a friend it's not like I'm starting to catch feelings for her nope not at all I'm in love with ladybug... right?
Chat's just a friend sure I see him almost every day now and he's always flirting and.. I occasionally flirt back but it's fine I love Adrien right and he loves ladybug even though it seems impossible that's how things are. Until they aren't.
Luka and I break up, Chat's there for me, Lila turns my friends against me chat's there too, he was always there for me until hawkmoths Identity is discovered Adrien is forced to leave Paris and me and chat aren't needed anymore the visits still persisted until suddenly they stopped no explanation, nothing.
7 years later my life is better ladybug is rarely seen anymore, I and Luka are together I get an internship at Agreste fashion despite the irony of it.
It isn't until a certain blond model/CEO decides to move back to Paris and a couple of weeks later the akumas return only this time they want us dead the miraculous' aren't the focus anymore, and a black cat is spotted again that my perfect life begins to fall apart at the seams once again, while dangerous feelings threaten to resurface.

Summary
When a freak accident sends Marinette into critical condition, the only thing she can think about is Chat Noir. She wasn't going to make it and someone had to tell him. Otherwise, he'd never know what had happened to her--why his lady had never returned. And, as it just so happens, Adrien is there with her near the end, so she decides that he can take the message to Chat just as well as anyone.
No character death, I promise.

After she accidentally trips into Adrien and apologizes about "falling for him," Marinette learns that he's no match for cheesy pick-up lines--whether they were unintended or not. And while she finds it flattering that he turns into a flustered mess with only a few words, Marinette comes to regret making him uncomfortable. That is, until she learns he's Chat Noir. At which point the phrase "just deserts" becomes a permanent fixture in her everyday plans.
A story in which Adrien is flustered, Marinette is smooth as glass at dropping lines, and Chat Noir gets the romance he was always asking for--even if he doesn't quite know how to handle it.
