Izuku had been to exactly one party before. It was a mixer that the chemistry club put together to celebrate being presented a prestigious university award. They served punch that someone spiked so the president shut it down. Izuku hadn’t drunk the punch, but a part of him felt like he missed out on an important college experience.The rave was in full swing when Ochako dragged him through the front door. The music was loud and there were people dancing in a bare room. The walls looked like the paint was thinning, must be an old or abandoned house they are using for a party. People gathered along the walls, drinking and getting incredibly close to one another. Really close. It looked like they were - Izuku turned his eyes away from the private moment.

Summary
A few years ago, the government put into law that omegas had to be mated by the time they are twenty-one or else they will be arranged to an alpha for mating. The thought of losing his freedom made Katsuki red with rage. So, when he turned twenty, Katsuki disappeared. He went underground and sought help. Now, Katsuki was twenty-two and had managed to avoid the government’s arranged marriage law because no one in his life knew he was an omega and the government hadn’t gotten wind that he was an omega, let alone alive. He wore scent patches and took suppressants religiously. He managed to keep it hidden for over two years. He knew that the constant suppressant use was bad for his body and his reproductive system, but it is a price he has to pay for freedom.
He ended up running errands for some mafia boss that ran half the city. Shigaraki ran the East side of town, which was miniscule compared to the competing family’s control. The opposing mafia’s don called himself ‘Deku.’ Katsuki had never seen him before, but he heard rumors.

Everyone knew who he was. His persona was Chef Dynamight and he was a popular celebrity chef. Chef Dynamight was a vulgar but experienced chef. He appeared in many shows on his network, but he was most known for his own show: Fire in the Kitchen. It was a cooking show where chefs from across the world came to try and take his crown. The competitor picked a mystery ingredient and mystery recipe out of a generator and they had to combine it into a cohesive dish.

“A career? A boyfriend? My own apartment. Mom, I’m suffocating.” The knife she had been holding slashed down and stuck out of the wooden chopping block.
“I’m not doing this to punish you, Izuku. We moved out here for your safety. It’s better this way. Be a good boy and follow directions.”
“Why did you get to have a life and I have to suffer in my own personal prison,” Izuku spat before stalking up the stairs to his room.
