Summary
Society had it's normalcy, and most abided by that even if most preds still thought themself above most of the prey. Everyone knew of the standings even with the shades drawing over most people eyes so Society could function, No random eating's, no unclothe manners in public. That is to not say it still does not happen, unfortunately. As well as the fact of intermingling is happening more so than not, deals made, bribes taken whether that was in blood or money. Both pred and prey were never innocent both played the field to claw their way threw life some settling just not to be buried six feet under.
So where are you going to claw your way up to? settle for the soil or rise and sit on a thrown.
As you know prey always have to watch their back.
