Ava cursed herself with a heavy sigh, having just finished a meeting with Suzanne about her immigration status that was now on the verge of turning illegal.
All because she fucking forgot to send in a visa renewal application that could’ve gotten her the extension of stay, eligibility to work, and saved her from all the trouble she’s caused herself and her boss. Thankfully, her boss, Suzanne didn’t give her a hard time, although she did give Ava an earful, but that’s on Ava for forgetting to literally apply for a quick and easy renewal.
Suzanne had simply sighed, ended her scolding, and told Ava she’ll handle all the paperwork and that she should instead treat the month she’d be left with no choice but to leave London, as a vacation.
or Ava forgets to apply for a visa renewal and has to leave London for a while, Beatrice promises to wait for her.

Summary
