Summary
Young Riza is terrified of physical proximity and touch as she associates them with danger. When Roy arrives at her father’s house, she begins to learn that not all people will hurt her.
Character study of Riza Hawkeye. Focuses on her relationship to non-sexual physical touch and intimacy and how it changes throughout her life. Secondary focus on her philosophical questioning of whether she deserves to be happy. Spans pre-canon (young royai) to post-canon (mostly pre). Very Riza-centric, Roy is also there and we love him but this ain’t about him.
