Summary
Shoved back to his nearly dying 17-year-old past self just after the siege in Burial Mounds (for god's sake he just wanted to rest!), Wei Wuxian had realized that (WAIT!) he needs to seize this opportunity to redeem himself and prevent bad things from happening again.
But disguising as a female demonic cultivator was surely not part of the plan.
An AU where Wei Wuxian chose to act behind the scene of the Sunshot Campaign without anyone knowing that he's very much alive and unknowingly widowing and pushing some ice-cold statue into unnecessary mourning.
"Excuse me, I didn't know that I am married!"

Summary
It happens too fast.
A-Xian cries out, a garbled sound of pain, and Jiang Yanli stares at her brother in shock as he crumples. She can feel A-Cheng tense behind her as they both watch in muted horror as the sword that stabbed their brother is yanked free. And before she can even form the thought, she’s throwing herself forward over A-Xian; a protective barrier.
Her back screams in protest, but she cannot let A-Xian die.
Or, Jiang Yanli lives and attempts the impossible by bringing her son and both of her little brothers back home, the rest of the cultivation world be damned.

Summary
What if, before Wen Chao found Wei Wuxian in Yiling, Lan Wangji went looking for him?
What if...
"Tell me who did this to you."
"Aiya, Lan Zhan, I really don't know what you're -- ah!"
Lan Zhan tugged hard on the blue line that bound them together, and Wei Wuxian all but flew across the room, crashing into the bed with a pained groan and sinking to his knees on the floor. He supposed, slightly hysterically, that this must be something like what Jiang Cheng had felt when he had hit Wei Wuxian with all the force of a biting insect the day after his rescue.
"You have no spiritual energy."
"Haha, Lan Zhan, that's funny, because actually it's just that I --"
"You have no golden core."This diverges from MDZS canon rather than CQL (so no yin iron, etc)
Title from Sunlight by Hozier (which is SUCH a wangxian song it actually causes me pain)
This is a FULLY COMPLETED WORK!! Updates will be every Tuesday and Friday :D

“Lay down,” Lan Zhan commanded.
Wei Wuxian didn’t have the energy not to obey. He laid back down, already tired enough to be able to sleep again.
“Lan Zhan?” Wei Wuxian muttered as he closed his eyes.
“Hm?”
“You should have let me die.”
__________
Wei Wuxian was saved at Nightless City. But he wishes he hadn't been.
