The files would say that sweet little Neil had had healthy, loving parents that tragically died in a car crash while he was with a family friend. Besides his overwhelmed grieving aunt, there were no known relatives to take him in, no one to love him the way he deserved. He was the child every couple dreamed of. Happy, healthy and with no one to miss him, no one to take him away. Even the name was calculated.
