Summary
The legend of the Winter Soldier has been the subject of many horror stories told by students around campfires; partly based in true events, but elevated to an obscure myth. A tempting one at that, as being at the mercy of an infamous serial killer sounded like a much more pleasant experience to Helmut Zemo than being stuck at summer camp for an entire weekend and being surrounded by people who were adamant to make his life a living hell.
Alas, you should be careful what you wish for, lest the myths hold more truth than tale.
