Tim stared at his new employer in disbelief, needing a moment to collect his thoughts before bluntly stating: “So basically, I’ll need to die soon.”
Jason gave him another one of his signature, condescending grins and ruffled Tim’s hair a little too harshly. “See, I knew you’d get it. Guess you are the smart Robin after all.” Taking in a shaky breath, Tim turned towards all the different versions of his friends and family, looking at him like his entire existence was just a nuisance to them. And it was, according to their logic. “Aw, cheer up, Babybird!
