Summary
Romance and remodeling collide when Castiel, suddenly finding himself single and jobless, accepts a business proposition from his untrustworthy colleague, Crowley.
He finds himself the new owner of Bellbird Valley Farm, an entirely decrepit husk of a building that he has big plans for: Castiel is going to open his own self-sustaining eco-inn.
There are only a few problems… like the feral pig living on the property, the nosy locals, his total lack of DIY skills, and Dean Winchester—the prickly, sarcastic local handyman that Castiel accidentally assaulted with a dildo the moment he got off the train.

Summary
I wrote (and am in the process of writing) short stories that employ fun (and sometimes tired, ha ha) tropes that most (but not all) people seem to enjoy in fanfiction. Each chapter is a trope and each trope has three different versions of it. The stories are either Destiel or Cockles and have a rating that ranges from General Audiences to Explicit. The warnings/tags for each story are listed at the beginning of each section/new story. Please take care to read them as not all these stories are fluffy!
Chapters that contain an (I) after them are incomplete, but will list the type of trope and a short description of the three stories that will accompany it (ratings are subject to change). I have no schedule for updating this, unfortunately, as I write these as a way to stimulate my "muse" when I get stuck on longer fics.
If you see a trope you like that isn't included here, let me know if you think it should be. Remember, these are tropes and not kinks--although some I have chosen kind of blur that line.

Summary
Dean is a novice in the dom/sub world asked by his employer as a desperate last resort to be a sub for his recluse of a brother, Castiel. Castiel is a diagnosed OCD suffering from PTSD and agoraphobia, mysophobia, and dystychiphobia. Needless to say—he’s a mess who hasn’t stepped out of his home in literally seven years. The only times Gabriel can see traces of the way his brother used to be is when he feels in control—specifically when he has control over a sub. However, due to his idiosyncrasies and paranoia, keeping a sub around has been impossible. Enter Dean, who’s not a very traditional submissive, to try his hand at subbing for the hermit.
