Summary
He’d intended to go to bed as soon as Parker made it home safely. But now, she’s standing across from him, “all in her feels” as Hardison would say, and he doesn’t want to leave her like this—not while she’s in the middle of running a job solo.
Eliot shares a drink with Parker after she attends Ramirez's fundraiser.

“You guys are overthinking it,” Parker mumbled, shoveling another spoonful of cereal into her mouth. “Just send me in through the second-story balcony." She was sitting cross-legged on the counter of Nate’s breakfast bar.

Parker falls asleep on Nate's couch one evening while the team is in the middle of planning a con.
“You want us to take her home?” Eliot finally asked. “I can carry her to my truck, and Hardison has her address. It’s some place on Central Square.”
Nate considered the offer. “No. It’s okay. She can just…” he trailed off as a tiny snore escaped Parker’s mouth. “She can just stay here for the night, I guess.” -

Summary
Eliot’s entire demeanor – defeated voice, labored breathing – was perfectly on-script. Perhaps a little too much, Hardison feared as he was ordered to escort him out of the building.

“Police and EMS are on their way,” Hardison advised over the comms. His sentence was punctuated by the slam of a car door. “They’ll be here in four minutes.”
“I don’t need a hospital,” Parker protested as she sat on the floor of the construction trailer. “It’s just a scratch. Eliot can patch me up when we get back to Nate’s.”
“The ambulance isn’t for you, mama.”

“And now, we have Rick from Accounting. Come on up, Rick!”
Eliot groaned when he heard Sophie announce the name of her next karaoke singer over the comms. As soon as he found Hardison, he was making the hacker cut her damn audio.
It was bad enough that Nate had him playing caterer at a corporate holiday party on the weekend between Christmas and New Year’s. He didn’t need a bunch of drunk pencil pushers crooning in his ear all evening, too.
