He wants to ask why but the words won't come out as he starts to choke on his blood…
Or Abby is a serial killer and she and Buck had been together for a month and she finally decided to strike.

If things couldn’t get worse, suddenly Buck sees himself on one of the screens and it shows him and Tommy with Kiss Cam above them.
Tommy does a hand motion under his chin like to say no, not us, then suddenly, Buck feels hands reach from behind him to take his face and tilt it backwards. The hot guy behind him is now kissing him softly with perfect lips, and his hands are tilting his head back so that he could kiss him for the Kiss Cam— doing what Tommy couldn’t.
OR
Tommy brings Buck to a Lakers game only for his man to get stolen by a handsome stranger who kisses him on the Kiss Cam.

“Can I help you?” Maddie enquired.
“We’re here to see our son, Eddie Diaz,” the woman replied with a polite smile, her gaze roaming all over Maddie's face, zeroing on her nose piercing with pursed lips, before looking back up to meet her eyes.
“Oh, right, of course-“
“Are you his girlfriend?” she interrupted before Maddie could move to the side to let them in.
That got Maddie to burst into laughter.
“Oh, no, not at all! I’m Maddie Han-Buckley, Buck's sister? And I’m married to Howard Han, who works with Eddie.”
“Ah.”At that, the atmosphere shifted before they even stepped inside the house, and as Buck appeared behind Maddie, everything got incrementally worse.
