Summary
Zhou Anxin never expected his life to turn into a story—let alone one he had already read.
After a summer spent binge-reading a BL manhwa his cousin forced on him, he wakes up inside that very world: Roses and Thorns.
Not as the protagonist, not even as the rival. But as an extra.
At first, Anxin refuses to accept it, and after weeks locked in his room, he makes a decision. He will stay out of the story.
—or so he thinks.
Because everything begins to fall apart the moment he meets Lee Sangwon, the protagonist.

Summary
"You don't even see me anymore!" Anxin shouted, his voice echoing off the walls of their new, slightly larger apartment. "I’m just a shape to you. A highlight on a cheekbone. I’m a human being, Lee Sangwon!"
"I am working for us! Do you think these galleries just hand out dates? I have to produce!" Sangwon yelled back, throwing a palette knife onto the table.
"You’re producing ghosts! You haven't looked me in the eye without thinking about how to mix the color of my iris in three weeks!" Anxin’s face was flushed, his breathing ragged. "I’m leaving. I need to be somewhere where I’m not just a subject."
"Fine! Go! See if the world is as pretty as I make you look!" Sangwon’s words were venomous, fueled by a pride he hadn't yet learned to swallow.
Anxin packed a bag in silence. The sound of the zipper was like a gunshot. He didn't look back as he walked out the door.

Summary
Red and Blue are two colors that were never supposed to mix.
To the nation, the Crown Prince Lee Sangwon and Zhou Anxin, the son of the Prime Minister, are rivals meant to stay on opposite sides of the line. After all, many see purple as the color of mourning—the sign of an ending or a collision that hit too hard.
But on the other hand, purple also symbolizes the balance between passion and stability.
