    As things do, it develops. It develops into Wei Wuxian taking Lan Wangji home from a party, lubing up his hand and finger-fucking Lan Wangji into his mattress, the flowery detergent smell of his sheets caught in his nose. Lan Wangji leaves, as he always does, but he finds himself in that bed more and more often.

    And more and more often he is so wrung out from mind-blowing sex that he cannot leave immediately. In those moments, as he lies catching his breath in Wei Wuxian’s bed, Wei Wuxian talks and talks and Lan Wangji learns.

    Wei Wuxian is the vampire party boy Lan Wangji hates. Only he doesn't, and that's why it hurts.

    — or scholar lan wangji enters emperor wei wuxian's life as his son's tutor, things escalate from there pretty quickly.
