Summary
Jake was the perfect American high school student. He had straight As, all AP/honor classes, over 5 extra sports, he did theater, he was in model UN, he even dabbled in band. And he carried himself with such grace. Girls lusted over him and men felt the greenest of jealousy. In simple definitions, Jake was perfect. Toned abs, smooth body, perfect height (6’0 practically) and he was in fact big down there. So why was he so miserable?

Cold. That’s the best word to describe how Rich felt. Cold. Walking from his house to Jeremy’s in the snow? Cold. The walk being a solid 30 minutes? Cold. Him abandoning his house in Jake's t-shirt and pants. Cold. The only thing keeping him any kind of warm was the sting of his burn scars. He didn’t even bring his phone; he didn’t check the time on the way out, but he knew it was getting pretty late. The stars started to peek out; he had to admit it was a pretty sight. But he was on a mission and had to complete it.
