Summary

Summary
Instinctively, he walked towards the sound. As soon as he could see the outline of whoever was there, he activated his quirk, one can never be too careful. When he got closer, the first thing he noticed was purple hair. A boy was sitting on the ground, his arms were defensively covering his face. He was shaking, and Shota wasn't sure if it was from the cold or the crying.
Shota deactivated his quirk and carefully walked closer to the child, lowering himself and trying to seem smaller and held his hands in front of him as one would when approaching a frightened animal.
"Hello, I'm Eraserhead," The child lowered his arms a little and his face was revealed. He didn't look to be more than ten years old and he had some nasty looking bruises. "I'm not gonna hurt you, I'm a hero."
Aizawa ends up taking in two homeless children, his boyfriend isn't surprised in the slightest.Tags will be updated as the story progresses.

Summary
Offering to die for someone-saying that you would, giving up your life for theirs-surely that’s meaningful, surely that’s supposed to mean something, show a devotion in a wholly unique way.
But Izuku is learning otherwise. Death isn’t much of a commitment-it’s there and over. Here and gone, without having to deal with any consequences, just getting something over with.
No, it’s offering to live for someone that’s so much harder. That takes effort, that takes dedication and work to maintain. Izuku’s starting to learn just how much effort it takes.
But if nothing else, he can do this. He’ll live for them, if he can’t give them anything else, he’ll give them that. He will stay alive.
Of course, that goal is getting harder to maintain by the day when it seems like the world is hell bent on making him break his promises-but he’s fine. He just needs to keep pressing forward and push away the past. He can be fine. And he will stay alive. For them.Ex-vigilante Izuku works his way through class 1-A with Dadzawa at his side. What more could you ask for?

Midoriya Izuku was not made to be special. Not in any particular form, shape, size or function, it seemed. He didn’t need grandiose, didn’t need all the fame and fortune and riches that seemed so commonplace these days. He didn’t need to be all-powerful, all-knowing, a genius, or well known. And Izuku didn’t want to be greedy, or anything, but he would’ve liked to be special. Just a little bit. Not in a particularly self-absorbed way, but he would’ve liked just a little bit of the special that seemed to surround his peers on the daily. Just about everyone around him had so much special while he had… basically nothing. Maybe a couple hundred years ago, back when quirks weren’t a thing, he would have stood out in a crowd with his green curls, been special and unique for once in his life.
Knowing his luck, though, he probably would’ve ended up burned at the stake for witchcraft instead. That’s how they used to do it, back in the day, he’s pretty sure. With gingers. Green isn’t red but Izuku’s pretty sure it’s different enough to get him set on fire, back in the day.
