Bruce frowns and tries to focus his swimming vision. Something isn’t right. This isn’t the bright blue and red he’s been mentally preparing for. The material is all wrong and it feels scratchy brushing against his skin. Superman’s suit isn’t scratchy. It’s smooth and comforting to touch; whatever he’s touching isn’t. This isn’t Superman, this is that stranger and his weird suit. It’s- it is-

Mk sacrificed himself to save the world, or so he thought. Sitting up screaming in his bed is a dead (oops) give away that he is most certainly alive.
He's not sure if it was all a dream or a vision or even time travel, but he's back at the beginning of his adventure. What specifically happened doesn't matter, because Mk can't shake the notion of it happening again and he refuses to let it play out the same.
Monkey Kid's adventures are far from over... or are they just beginning?
