After the events of 3-5, Phoenix thanks all his friends for showing up by giving them his cold. Exhausted, frazzled, and just a little bit miserable, they all somehow wind up holed up in Miles' LA apartment as they take a few days to recover together.
Naturally, this also means they have a lot of time to talk.
