Excellent prequel if you remember and love the Marathon trilogy. Lots of clever references to the lore, and also helps to explain some of Durandal’s motives in the games.

In the KoF series, I’m loyal to the Andy/Mai OTP, But this still made me laugh. Mai is incorrigible regardless of who she’s paired with, and also: “I’m busy having some strudel” is the best explanation for a drunken blowjob I’ve ever heard. Overall, this writer writes drunk Mai better than most.
