    After the events of the Sports Festival, Shoto Todoroki starts visiting his mother Rei in the mental hospital. However, the visits with her aren't as helpful as he hoped they'd be. As time goes on, his own mental health begins to decline. One night, shocked and overwhelmed by new information regarding Rei's past that she shares with him during a visit, his depression and anxiety comes to a head. He starts spiraling, feeling completely defeated. But Shota Aizawa shows up just in time.
