    Fourth-year medical student Dennis Whitaker is already having a difficult time adjusting to his clinical rotation in the ER, or the Pitt, as they call it. Getting thrown up on, peed on, and having blood spattered on him all the time is really getting to his head. That, and the fact that his chief attending, Dr. Robinavitch—or Robby—can't seem to keep his hands off him. Because of his inability to focus, Whitaker does his best to avoid Robby, but it doesn't work in his favor. And then they end up in the bathroom together. Alone.
