    Felix can't say he's ever really had parents. No mom, whatsoever, unless you count his nanny, and his father, Chan only visits him when it's convenient for him, which is every few months for a few hours, if that. He doesn't know why, but he doesn't care. He's always been deprived of his father's affection and it's shaped who he is.
    The lack of parental love has manifested in predictable ways, and at nineteen years old, Felix works as a bartender in a nightclub, getting high to numb the pain of the empty hole in his chest, filling it up with the touch of men twice his age.
    He solicits sex from older men either while working or out with his friends, and it's nice to be wanted, even just for a little while. It bandaids the deep cut inside of him left by his absent father.
    What he doesn't know is that there's been a very good reason Chan's kept their lives separate, and one day when a traumatic event causes him to confront his father for the truth, Felix's life turns upside down.
