    And now she’s thinking about Ted again. Impossibly kind hearted, generous, sweet, handsome Ted who is just so good to her all the bloody time. Ted, who is her friend, possibly even her best friend (besides Keeley), and her employee! Ted, who bakes her biscuits and brings them to her in little pink boxes every morning and who accompanies her to boring shareholder meetings and lunches with her mother when Deborah is being particularly challenging. Her Ted!

    Wait, no, not “her” Ted because it’s not like she’s dating Ted, or even wants to date him because they are Just Friends (and yes, she thinks of it capitalized in her mind and everything). So no, she is not thinking about making Ted "her’s" in anyway. Except, that she can’t stop noticing that Ted is more than just sweet and handsome but actually down right sexy and now she’s back to thinking wildly impure thoughts about him for what feels like the millionth time this week, and it’s only Wednesday afternoon for Christ’s sake.

    “It's two hours, Ted.” Rebecca said logically. “Even if I go into labor while you're away I can call you right back to me.”

    “Alright.” Ted conceded after giving her lips a gentle peck, and started towards the front door, slowly backing out of the room. “But there better only be two of you when I get back.” He pointed between them both with a stern expression.

    “I don't think you have anything to worry about, love.” Rebecca said with a chuckle as she and her daughter both waved goodbye to Ted.

    Rebecca was eating those words soon.
