"Can you touch me?" Is what Bucky blurted.
"W—Come again?" Sam gawked, baffled. Obviously he hadn't expected such an upfront request. Bucky didn't blame him, because he could not have possibly worded that any worse. It definitely didn't help that it was one twenty seven in the damn morning, he was running on about thirty minutes of sleep, and he was standing on Sam's porch drenched in rainwater.
He felt so ridiculous.
It didn't help that Sam, despite being visibly bewildered, had a hint of amusement in his expression, while Bucky knew he 100% looked one twig snap away from dropping off of the face of the earth indefinitely.
Or: Bucky Barnes realized that he didn't exactly understand gentleness as much as he'd like to. An impulsive spurt of confidence happened to land him right on Sam's doorstep.

Izuku follows the motion of his hand with his own and lets it rest in the same place. He grabs the hem of Katsuki's shorts again and looks at him as his finger finds his soaked underwear, petting up and down and playing with the fabric in a teasing motion that threatens to drive Katsuki insane.
“Kacchan,” Izuku softly calls, intrigue dancing in his eyes.
He nods and licks his lips. “Deku.”

Spit boils of pus over his cheeks that threatened to pop and ooze with blood. Imagined his mouth devoid of teeth with only darkened gums left. Some days his nose would be two holes in his face, on others his eyes fell out their sockets.
It didn't help.Or, Travis knows two things for sure: God sees everything, and he has a fixation with Sal Fisher he won't name. Sal won’t leave his mind no matter how many times he tries to exorcise him. Usually with a spit-slick fist.
