  Summary

Long ago, Seven Dragon Sovereigns ruled the world. After the Doves Held Branches, the Sovereigns were slaughtered, their kin senselessly murdered and forced to devolve.

And yet, thousands of years after such a gruelling war, the Dragon Kings of the old world were born anew, given new life where their old ended. Now, the Dragon of Frost has reincarnated after his flesh and bones were used for countless experiments by the hands of the people of Hyperborea. Lost and confused, the Sovereign treads the earth in search of something he does not know.

  Or:

Cryo Sovereign is trying to learn to be a human, deal with the disappearance of his kind, and explore the new world that has changed so much.
