Dagur is a nurse, juggling being an older brother figure (definitely not a dad) to three teenagers, his work, and his secret relationship with his supervisor Mala.
Mala is a main supervisor in an understaffed hospital, secretly dating the fiery nurse she's totally not in love with, and upholding her tough facade.
But both have a soft spot.
