Summary
Narnia has prospered for over a decade under their four Kings and Queens. Edmund thinks that only he is still haunted by the White Witch. But a different shadow is falling over the west, and a Lady of Rohan rides through the Western Wilds to seek aid from the Pevensies in the war against Sauron. Elswyth is riding away from her life at Meduseld as much as she is riding toward something else. Summary
