She gestured for him to come closer. Y/n hesitated, only for a moment, before rounding the desk. He tried to maintain some semblance of distance, but Hyun-ju didn’t let him. Her fingers reached for his tie, pulling him closer with the ease of someone used to being obeyed.
He bent slightly, her piercing gaze trapping him. The intensity in her eyes made him feel as though she could read every thought in his head, strip away every mask he wore.
