“Oh, is this the new dispatcher you hired?” Nagi asks, but his eyes are already back on his games. “I recognize him. He's that rich guy who shows up on the news.” He tilts his head. “… Why is a Mikage a dispatcher? I mean… doesn't he hate superheroes?”
With a perfunctory smile, he looks down at Nagi. “Well, Nagi, I'm here to inspect the dispatching job within Blue Lock! I want to see just how well the so-called real heroes of the hero world do when they're the ones sending heroes out on missions!”
Nagi blinks, but he still doesn't look as interested as he should be. “Oh, so you're like… an inspector or something?”
“Or something,” Reo replies, keeping his spirits up. “I'm going to be one of your dispatchers! I think.”
After Reo's suit is destroyed after fighting a villain, he is hired by Blue Lock to help dispatch former supervillains who are taking the steps to become heroes. There, he meets the biggest headache of them all, Nagi Seishiro.

“Mmm?” Reo answered, focused intently on his phone. Perhaps it was a bit inelegant to the untrained eye, to the common pleb for one to be trading stocks on the toilet first thing in the morning. But Reo wasn’t the normal person, he was a mogul and master of efficiency and if that meant world domination from his porcelain throne, well then—
“You wanna get married?” Nagi asked nonchalantly.
Reo froze, his phone falling through his hands and cracking on the hard floor between his feet.
“Nagi Seishiro…” Reo began once he could find his voice, a mortified chill deep in his bones. “Did you just propose to me while I’m on the toilet?”
“…Is that a yes, then?” Nagi asked, ever unperturbed.
“No!” Reo screeched, so furious he could barely speak. “No, that’s not—! I can’t believe you! Get out!”
“But, Reo, I’m not in there—”
“Get out of my house! We’re done!”
