Technically, Sieun never lied.

Summary

But when Suho barged his way into his life, the discoveries he found in himself made him realize he's pretty much just like everyone else. And he finds the thought very comforting.

“Damn,” Gotak said suddenly, wrinkling his nose like he’d caught a whiff of something sharp. “You know what’s crazy? For a while I thought Sieun was an alpha.”
Suho blinked, half-laughing. “What? How?”
“Yeah, yeah you’re right!” Baku giggled. “It’s because Suho scents him every second of the day. I still confuse their smells.”
Heat shot straight up Suho’s neck as it spread on Sieun’s face, almost like a matching pair. “I’m not—” Suho’s voice came out loud. “Sieun’s not my omega! I just worry about him? I don’t want other alphas bothering him. We’re not mates.”
“Yeah,” Sieun said flatly, zipping up his bag without meeting his eyes. “Lucky for you, I’m not your omega.”
“No! Wait, Sieu—” Suho grabbed for his wrist in a rough tug, desperate. Sieun pulled away.
Or Suho is confused and jealous, Sieun grows closer to another alpha, and being best friends isn’t enough.

Baku laughed then stopped abruptly, clutching his chest dramatically. “I think I’m gonna puke.”
Sieun glared at him, stronger than before this time. “Do it and I'll end you.”
“Yes my lord." Baku snorted, raising his hands weakly. He saw Suho trail his cold hands up Sieun’s shirt and groaned. "God, would you two just get a room?!”
In which a throwaway comment from Hyuntak causes a chain of events that leave Suho confused, but ultimately satisfied.
