Summary
Sigyn and Loki have known each other for years, yet have never spent much time alone together, that is, until now:
Sigyn’s father, Tyr, was the official armourer to The Einherjar, Odin’s Army. Sigyn thought being the daughter of a Blacksmith was wonderful, as it gave her the freedom to create and mould metal to her liking. She became extremely skilled as a Silversmith incorporating the skills from her Alfan-Asgardian bloodline. This earned her much respect among the people of Asgard and it came as no surprise, except perhaps to Sigyn herself, that after the death of her father during the Second Jotunn War, she inherited the position of Royal Armourer of Asgard. However, this caused jealousy with Tyr’s apprentice, Ullr. In his opinion women should be wives, not Masters.
But a chance encounter on a balcony, after an attempted assault, alters the course of Sigyn’s life forever, or perhaps puts her on the path she was always meant to follow.

Summary
I could write AUs for these two till the cows come home, I'm not ashamed. This one is a little different, though. It is entirely stand-alone. You don't need to have read any of the other stories to understand this one.
Syn isn't the positive influence she usually is. She's the queen of Alfheim with her own demons. She finds an alliance with the false king is in her best interest. So begins a partnership that could threaten the nine realms and beyond.
She stopped and crossed her arms over the back of the chair, leaning on it. “There’s nothing Odin could have done for me and little I could have offered him. You, Trickster, are a different matter.”
He tipped his head back, pacing off a little square of the room, keeping himself between her and the door. “Is this where you try and seduce me? That might almost be amusing.”
She shook her head, looking almost disappointed. “Why is it when a woman tries to negotiate men always assume her opening offer will be opening her legs? It rather denotes a lack of imagination.”Series

Let’s tell a story where Petunia Dursley found a baby boy on her doorstep and hated his eyes—she hated them. She took him in and fed him and changed him and got him his shots, and she hated his eyes up until the day she looked at the boy and saw her nephew, not her sister’s shadow. When Harry was two and Vernon Dursley bought Dudley a toy car and Harry a fast food meal with a toy with parts he could choke on Petunia packed her things and got a divorce.
