    On a lucky day, someone will talk in vivid yellow, or tiger lily orange; and Rohan finds that he’s inexplicably drawn to those colours, mayhaps because he’s an artist and bright colours appeal more. His senses are skewed, his sense of self too great and sense of others running low like a river during a drought.
    The only interesting about this boy might be the colours of his voice — perhaps the most beautiful shade of violet and diamond shapes that Rohan’s ever fucking seen before. Looking at it induces feelings as though he’s created the perfect colour on his palette, and he's lost in a trance. All Rohan can do is stare as Josuke manages a confused utterance and the violet flies in front of his gaze again in a magnificent array.

    ((stupid AU where Rohan has synesthesia and type 1 diabetes and Josuke is a mechanic who does some amazing bodywork on stuff he fixes up))
