Kuroo leaned forward, elbows on his knees. “So let me get this straight. You’re telling me you can talk to Akaashi perfectly fine as Spider-Man, but not when you’re just… you?”
Bokuto’s gaze drifted to the soft rug on the floor, thinking about what Kuroo was implying. “Well maybe not perfectly fine, but I guess so, yeah.”
Kuroo’s eyes gleamed. “Do you think,” Kuroo said slowly, “that maybe Spider-Man is easier since you’re hiding behind a persona?”
Bokuto paused in thought, then nodded. “I guess that makes sense.”
“And,” Kuroo continued, voice taking on a playful lilt, “do you think Spider-Man could… maybe get to know him better?”
Bokuto is too nervous to make a move on his roommate, Akaashi. Things change when Spider-Man becomes a reoccurring presence in Akaashi’s life.

Summary
Foster’s car peels out of the clearing and flies down the forest road, kicking up a cloud of dust in its wake. Atsumu coughs, waving a hand to clear the air in front of him. When the dust settles, a massive grin breaks over his face.
“Looks like we’re spendin’ the night.” Osamu shrugs, hauling his duffle back out of the van. The beautiful, busted van.
