For once, Chan is grateful he insisted on taking over the laundry duties.
His rut is on the horizon, a couple of months away and looming over him with each passing day. It's one of three cycles notably written in black and white onto the calendar on the refrigerator door, and his pack mates have been frowning at him. They've begun to notice that he's not rooting through their drawers the way they do his, that he's not setting up camp in any of their closets — Felix — or digging through the hamper for lightly worn clothes — Jisung — to take their clothes for himself, and that he hasn't made any indication of who he's going to ask to be his rut partner this cycle.
He doesn't have the heart to tell them he has plenty of their things already, tucked in various corners of his room, hidden from plain sight.
Chan doesn't think his pack mates would take kindly to knowing he's a filthy thief.
