   Summary

   Instead of being born quirkless in a world of quirks, Midoriya was born with a powerful quirk in a world where quirks were hated.

   In this world heroes are people trained to the peak of human limits in order to combat villains. Who are the villains? Quirked people of course. Human limits have been pushed to a new high, but one hero existed that did have a quirk and he is who inspires Izuku Midoriya. All Might was the sole exception to the rule until he vanished. Now Izuku strives to show the world quirked people can help too.
