This version of Barry Allen is not the same Barry Allen we know and love. Welcome to Earth-21 where a man's soul from yet another Earth has been placed in the body of Earth-21 Barry Allen. How that happened shall be revealed in time. That is why he will be different then the Barry we know so he's somewhat likely to do some stupid shit. But as this story progresses he'll become one of the greatest heroes the world has ever known.
