Becile Manor's ruins has lots of loose things...shingles, windows that aren't too securely closed, and of course tarps. All things that snap, rattle, and bang when the wind decides it wants to blow. One peraon in particular struggles with all the noise. Luckily Scratch knows what to do.
Basically this is as close to fluff as I can imagine when it comes to the Becile bots, Scratch, Riker, and Dee.
