Kind of a warning that Ian is depicted as, to put it bluntly, a really fat f**k. Like, really fat. For comparison, Anthony is meant to be about close to his actual size, while Ian needs to have like a 8XL-sized shirt and even then that barely fits him.
The plot is that Anthony kind of uses Ian as a human body pillow; that's basically it.
