Summary
Thorn Princess: an exemplary citizen by day, a lethal assassin by night.
Twilight: A highly skilled spy for WISE, he’s his agency's best in combat.
They both meet when their missions intersect. They hate each other at first sight but learn, in a strange way, to put up with each other, since, apparently, their missions were destined to continue intertwining. But things start to get confusing when too many emotions get mixed up in what should be just casual and unattached.
Especially when on one of these missions they accidentally cross paths and find a child being used as a guinea pig in the hands of scientists. But what they didn't know was that that child with pink hair and little horns on her head would be their only salvation.
Oh, and of course, let's not forget about the dog.

“Oh, yes?”
“What’s Loid-ey like in bed?” she asked.

Summary
After the discovery of the Authens’ ties to Desmond, everything begins to unravel. Pasts long buried teeter on the brink of exposure, long-suppressed feelings stir from the shadows, and the Forgers’ carefully constructed family teeters on the edge of disintegration. Every glance may conceal betrayal, every word could be a lie, and trust has become a dangerous gamble. Loyalties will be tested, alliances questioned, and the line between ally and enemy blurs—all while unseen hands pull the strings, finishing what was set in motion from the very beginning.

Bookmarker's Notes
More people should give this one a chance. Twilight is clinical at the very beginning, but you soon see that it’s a defense mechanism and he’s falling for Yor underneath. More importantly, the writing is fantastic! Seriously well done and I want this writer to continue the story even though it won’t match canon after the 123.2 dropped. But this version is so much more anxiety and dark and complex and rich! Please, this work deserves way more attention than it’s gotten!

Summary
In a city stitched together by secrecy, the line between truth and performance often vanishes.
Loid Forger, master of deception, never planned on building a life. His mission was simple: infiltrate, gather intel, and protect peace - all under the disguise of an ideal husband and father. The role was supposed to be temporary. Just another mask.
Yor Briar never dreamed of marriage. Her double life left little room for such things. But in a world that watched too closely, appearances were everything. A quiet agreement, a mutual need - and suddenly, she had a husband, a child, a home.
They share the same roof, the same dinners, the same name. But the truth lies buried beneath layers of silence, careful glances, and words left unsaid.
Neither of them expected it to feel real.
But feelings are dangerous in their line of work. And what starts as a pretend family might unravel everything they thought they knew - about the mission, and about themselves.
This is not a love story.
