Summary
After accepting Lucifer's proposition, Alastor's arrangement with the King has evolved into something far more intimate than they ever imagined. Whatever this is, both are willing to put in the work to make it through any emerging obstacles.
What Alastor hadn't expected was for said pesky obstacles to come from outside their little bubble, or for them to involve the lingering ghosts of his previous relationship.

Summary
If pressed, Lucifer didn’t know what he’d expected to happen to Adam after getting that much-deserved stabbing. Probably nothing. As in, actual nothing, obsolescence, a complete eradication from each and every plane of existence so that nobody would have to hear a single fucking shitty guitar riff again.
In retrospect, that must have been one of Lucifer’s very rare sparks of unfounded optimism.Or: 5 times Adam got put back in his place + 1 time Vox got the same treatment

“My, my,” Alastor drawled, hoping Vox didn’t notice the waver in his voice. “Such violent devotion. I hope these aren’t just empty threats, my dear.”
Vox growled, the lights above them flickering violently as he slammed his free hand down onto the table on Alastor’s other side with a loud bang, caging him fully.
“Try me,” Vox snarled, “Seven fucking years, Alastor. You’re lucky I didn’t drag you back by force.”
Alastor hummed softly. “And why didn’t you?” He raised his hand, and slowly brought it up to Vox’s face. “You certainly had the means.”
The moment his finger’s brushed against Vox’s cheek, a cold metallic pressure cinched around Alastor’s throat.
A tight, glowing blue chain.
Or
Alastor accepted Vox’s proposal all those years ago, and Hell has never known peace since.
