Shen Yuan and Luo Binghe were meant to be together. Throughout all the different versions of their story they gravitate towards one another, and eventually collide. Sometimes they are both men, sometimes they are both women, sometimes one of them is a beast, a ghost, or an object. They always, always come together in the end.
Shen Yuan transmitigating into Tianlang Jun changes nothing about that.
