Summary
In a monochrome, flavorless world, Lucifer lives an automated life devoid of feelings, tastes, or scents, performing a daily script of fake emotions just to fit in. On a warm October night, pure curiosity drives him to the edge of his balcony to test if a fall might finally make him feel something.
His attempt is interrupted by his new neighbor, Alastor: an eclectic, passionate occult enthusiast and jack-of-all-trades who lives vibrant with emotion. Unfazed by Lucifer’s leap, Alastor is only annoyed that the "bad vibes" might ruin his moon water. Instantly recognizing Lucifer as a "Grey" (an emotionless being) the redhead becomes utterly fascinated by him.
